Declares an object to be the operator which applies the Dirac bar to a spinor, i.e. an operator which acts according to $$\begin{equation} \bar{\psi} = i \psi^\dagger \Gamma^0\,. \end{equation}$$ For more information see e.g. sort_spinors or fierz.
