Following is my code:

import sympy
x::Coordinate;
f::Depends(x);
\partial{#}::PartialDerivative;
ex:= \partial_{x x}{f} = \sin(x);
sol=dsolve(ex, $f$);

What's wrong? I have installed python3-sympy.

You need to

from cdb.sympy.solvers import *

before this works. Requires a fairly recent pull from git, this functionality is not yet in any of the binary distributions. You do not need import sympy, that's already done for you by Cadabra.
